Turning a Tattoo Studio Into a Brand People Actually Want to Follow.
The Problem
Tattoo Aashram already had the talent, the artists and years of experience. The problem was that none of that was translating strongly enough online.
Their social presence needed more personality, better content direction and a clearer way of showing people what made the studio different.
They also wanted to explore performance marketing, but not by simply putting money behind random posts.
What We Did
We started by looking at the brand as a whole. We worked on the social media direction, content strategy, creative concepts and performance marketing, making sure the content and campaigns were working towards the same goal.
Instead of only posting finished tattoos, we started building content around:
- ▪ Artists and their personalities
- ▪ Tattoo education
- ▪ Transformations and tattoo journeys
- ▪ Behind-the-scenes content
- ▪ Different tattoo styles
- ▪ Client experiences
- ▪ The culture around tattooing
The performance side was then built around the content, audience and messaging rather than treated as a separate activity.
The Bigger Picture
The goal wasn’t simply to get Tattoo Aashram more views.
It was to make someone land on the page and immediately understand:
“Okay, this isn’t just another tattoo studio.”
